For three years, I've used the good ol' fashioned bulb nasal aspirator and a friend recently suggested Graco's NasalClear Battery Opearated Aspirator - oh my - she works like a champ! Totally worth the $20.00.

The aspirator works wonders on both baby and 3-year-old.
