Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 13, 2012.

My favorite gifts for Mom include something thoughtful.  

Here's an idea I did a few years ago.

I figure I can only gift so many photos of my little ones to Grandma C and Grandma J, so this along with some recent photos, I'm sending some hand cream for Grandma C. (I've inherited her cracked/dry hands, so I know this will come in handy!).

We haven't decided on Grandma J's gift yet, but I have a few ideas brewing.  Stay tuned...
