Little man runs the show around here. He decided in September baby girl was going to be a pink ninja and he was going to be a red ninja. The week prior to Halloween, he decided he was going to be the only ninja and baby girl should be a candy corn. With costume selections picked over and time running out to order something online, I dusted off the old sewing machine and cranked out a little candy corn outfit out of fleece and a red ninja outfit out of cotton.

I added a black sash for a sword, black belt & mask and voila!
